You can find many articles about INTP and their motivations, but most of them are related to the INTP's relationship with others in some way. For instance, one may ask "how can an INTP befriend others?" or "how can an INTP work with others?"
I would also recommend reading about the ISFJ personality type because they are the "emotional" ones and how they relate to others.

They don't like to take on too much responsibility at once, or too many things.
