Oklou personality type is INFP, as I said in the intro this is the one with the most difficult time integrating their partner’s work and personal life! My oKlou is an INFP so we definitely had a hard time with those two poles. Luckily we’ve been able to figure it out and we’re still together and happy.
I’m sure we’re not alone in this, and if you can relate that would be great to hear about it!
What made you able to integrate your partner into your work?
I noticed that my oKlou needed a lot of reassurance both from me and from my team members. In order to give him what he needed I decided to make my personal life a lot of his business. This is something I didn’t really do before. I usually kept my personal life separate from my professional life. But, as I said earlier, my oKlou needed a lot of reassurance that I was going to be there for him at all times.
How do you know he’s going to be there for you?
I think it’s very important to have a good working relationship with your colleagues.
