Paky personality type is ESTP, the same as mine. I think people who are wellbalanced don't go around saying they're the most perfect person in the world. They just know who they are and they can be that person without having to act like it. I don't think anybody is perfect.
What about the dark sides? I see it all the time in my clients. They're always so self-critical and so judgmental about their own abilities and about other people. They don't know how to stop competing. It's like they've got to win at all costs. That's why their careers aren't working out well. I think ESTPs are very competitive, but not in a bad way. If you're competitive, you're not likely to be a very good friend or a very good family member, but you're probably going to be a very good competitor.
The ESTJ is also often called the "workaholic" because they are very ambitious and driven types. They are not high-maintenance people, though, because they are more concerned with getting things done than with personal happiness. They are very practical people who are not afraid of hard work. You can't manufacture friendship, but you can manufacture success.
