Stuart Hayford personality type is ISTJ, as I try to be, and ESFP and INTP as well.
I’m interested in meeting others who are also interested in learning about these different types and who are curious about the way they see the world.
Here’s what I discovered:
INFJs are sometimes thought of as “know-it-alls”, as they take a lot of pride in their knowledge and expertise. They tend to only speak when they have something important to say, because they don’t want to waste time sharing what they know with others who may not care about it.
INFJs can be excellent at understanding and fitting into roles that are similar to theirs. They have a natural ability to see the big picture, and to know what is most important in any given situation. INFJs can sometimes take over-analysed roles, due to their natural inclination to dive deep into issues and really understand them. INFJs can have a huge amount of natural gifts and talents and be great at a variety of things, but they can sometimes take on roles that don’t suit them, or aren’t in line with their strengths.
