I remember talking with a friend of mine who was an INFP who had been hurt by his ex-girlfriend, and he was just so upset that he didn’t really talk to me for a few days. He hadn’t even told me what had happened, but I knew he was upset for some reason. He eventually told me that his ex-girlfriend had been cheating on him with one of his friends.
In order to make it through this rough time, I think INFPs need to learn how to take care of themselves.
