Learning to be less introverted is a big part of being an INFJ, but no one ever taught us how to be more extroverted. It’s OK if you don’t know how to be more outward-focused. It’s OK if you don’t know how to talk to people. You can learn that by observing how other people interact with the world. If you want to become more extroverted, you can do that too.
