Sad Ojou personality type is ISFP, leading to a very different style of Ojou, and I think this is the reason for the wide range of responses in this category. The only thing I can say is that I've never met an ISFP character in fiction before, and I've seen a few.
I think your Ojous are pretty good, especially some of the characters. I agree with you that the personality types of the girls are pretty... well, stereotypical at times. As for the boys... well, you seem to like them all, but I don't think they're all that different from each other. Your characters don't have much depth, which is a problem when it comes to Ojou characters. You don't have enough background information on them to make them interesting. I think you should add some more aspects to both your characters and their personalities, and flesh out the stories you're telling a bit more. If you want to have something small-scale, try writing a one-shot or two-shot about them, then work on fleshing it out into a longer story later (I don't know if you want to do that or not).
But overall, nice job with this.
