He doesn’t have the verbal or logical skills to make the kind of sophisticated decisions that are required to be an effective leader. But he does have the empathy, and if he was put in a position of leadership, his empathy would lead to him making poor decisions that would hurt his people. In contrast, the INTP hero is a character who is more like the ENFJ than not, but it’s much less prominent than in the ENFJ.
