Buddy Blue personality type is ESFJ, and that is what is known as the "worrying" type. If you read my "Ask Sam" column, you will know that I have a really bad habit of worrying too much. I did not have the same kind of anxiety about the upcoming interview as I did about my final exams. But, I got the interview, and that was my first step in becoming a student ambassador.
I was still really nervous when I met with a few people from the university on Friday. I was about to become a student ambassador, and they had questions about my personality type. They wanted to understand why I would want to be one. They also wanted to see if they could get anything from the interview that could help them in the future.
I was glad they asked these questions because it showed me that they were interested and that they wanted to understand me. It also showed me that they paid attention to my answers to their questions.
We first talked about what student ambassadors do. I explained that we help out our university community by making sure that everyone who wants to find out more about the university gets it. We also do things like help with recruiting, interview and orientation, and other things.
