Conia personality type is ENFP, or "The Enthusiast". He is a genius, and has a deep love for knowledge. He also has a strong and deep desire to help people, and is very good at it. He is the perfect person to be a teacher, but he has no idea, and he thinks he really is a horrible teacher because he can't stand his students. He only wants to make them better, but they don't see it, so he feels useless.
I'm sure that creative types would have a much harder time finding work, in general, than other types. However, I do think that they would have an easier time of it than others. For one thing, they are often very enthusiastic people who love their work. They are also very hard working and passionate. They are often very motivated people and will do whatever job they can get. They would probably be ideal employees for many companies.
My main critique is that it's a little too detailed. As I mentioned, I'm sure many creative types would have a hard time finding employment. This test could be fine for some people, but not for the majority.
