Garland personality type is INTJ, and it's all about being the smartest person in the room. Yet, they are also super sensitive to criticism. The INTJ isn't going to put up with anyone who undermines their intelligence, which can be a bit of a struggle at times. They are also not going to put up with anyone who doesn't respect them, or their ideas.
Of course, this can be a double-edged sword, as INTJs are also very highly intuitive, and they tend to know what's going on in other people's minds. If you're not on the same page as them, they will see it as a threat. And, if you don't respect them, you're going to get jumped on.
INTJs can be pretty intimidating, and they are often more successful than others may think. They are great at making great things happen, and they never let anything stand in their way of making a plan come to fruition.
As an INTJ myself, I can tell you that it's a challenge to be an INTJ in a world that doesn't respect your intelligence.
