Eigengrau personality type is ISFJ, with a preference for the auxiliary function of Extraverted Thinking (Te). ISFJ’s have a strong need to belong to groups and work toward the common good. They are very loyal and dedicated and they do not easily leave their friends or family. ISFJs make great parents. One of the most important things ISFJs do for their children is to teach them how to develop their own values and develop their own sense of identity. They want their children to be happy and successful. ISFJs have a strong need to learn about others and how they work, so they are usually good teachers. ISFJ’s have a very deep need for security. They are more comfortable with predictable situations and will do their best to avoid uncertainty.
