Wintherr personality type is INFP, and I could see that perhaps she is an INFJ. She is a little neurotic, a little introverted, a little insecure, a little lonely, and a little distant. Her neurotic part is her extraverted thinking, which will make her more neurotic than she thinks she is. Her introverted part is her inferior function (Te) which will make her more introverted than she thinks she is. Her neurotic part and her introverted part are both dominant. Her extraverted thinking is her auxiliary (Se), and this is the source of some of the neurotic feelings she has. And the combination of the introverted Te and the extraverted Si will make her feel lonely and distant.
She wants to be a writer, the writer of a book. This means that the Se in her dominant function of extraverted thinking is creating the perception of being alone, not really connected to others, not really caring about other people, just wanting to be alone in writing. And the Ni in her auxiliary function of introverted intuition is creating the perception of being disconnected from others, not really caring about other people but also not wanting to be connected to others by being social or having deep friendships with them.
