I have always known that I am an INFJ but I have never really had anyone to explain it to me. This book was helpful but some parts were a little dry for me. The author has a very dry sense of humor so some parts I did not find funny at all. She also talked about her relationship with her boyfriend and that was a little too personal for me. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to know about the inner workings of an INFJ.
