In the first few episodes of World Trigger, I liked the new characters and thought they were fun. But then I realized that this anime was going to be nothing like the original manga because it lacked depth. Yes, it had some jokes and funny moments but I felt like I was watching a short episode of another anime when I watched World Trigger.
