Siris personality type is ISFP, so this is something of a natural fit.
I was also able to get his headcanon of what happens in the world of FE FE CCC. It's pretty close to the canon, but still different.
"He gets yelled at by his superiors for being too reckless, and that leads him to an accident that leads him into the new world. He ends up in the new world, where he meets a girl who is one of his opposite. He's always been the shy, reserved type, so she's the opposite. She's more outspoken, but he never notices because he doesn't listen to what others say."
I've always thought of him as being strict with himself, while still being kind to others, but I think this is a good way to describe him.
