Mizuki Kurashina personality type is ISFP, which was formed by a mixture of her dominant Ni and her auxiliary Se. In the first half of the anime, she often seemed too quiet and shy to understand what was going on around her. However, as the story progressed, she became more outgoing and friendly as she began to earn the trust of her friends. She's always been a fan of reading, especially novels, and has a bookcase in her room. She is also quite absent-minded and forgetful, but has always tended to be confident in herself. Since starting high school, she has become noticeably more mature and responsible.
Kurashina is shown to be very skilled at tennis, earning herself the title of "Demon" in the school. She is shown to be quite skilled at kendo as well, though this skill may be incidental to her tennis.
As the manga progresses, it shows that Mizuki is becoming more devoted to her friends (especially Kurose) and family (especially her nee-chan). She is also becoming much more confident in herself, believing that she can do anything she puts her mind to.
Supposedly, Kurashina's family owns a restaurant that serves Japanese cuisine.
