Marcela Geleerd personality type is ENFJ, and I'm still working on my INFJ, so I feel really good about the new changes.
I've been doing some research and I think there is a similar thing going on with MBTI and MBTI-like things that is similar to the relationship between Jung and Myers Briggs. Jung apparently saw some similarities there, and Myers Briggs was built on those similarities. Is there any connection between Jung and Myers Briggs?
It's more like the relationship between Myers Briggs and the Enneagram. Myers Briggs had some aspects, but it was more like a foundation, and the Enneagram is the foundation of the MBTI. The Enneagram was created as an extension of each type, like MBTI was created as an extension of each type. There's still some room for disagreement about the details, but that's what it's about.
I haven't done any research on that. I don't think I've ever heard of anybody using the MBTI and not also using the Enneagram. People seem to think they're interchangeable, and I don't think it's really true. It's like saying we can compare apples and oranges.
