Tsukishima Hajime personality type is ISTJ, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging. (I’m not sure how canon his ISFJ or INFP personality types are, but that’s where I’m going with this.)
Tsukishima feels the most comfortable in the world when she’s in her own space where she can do what she pleases without being bothered. Superficially, she’s a very shy person with a very closed personality, but that’s just a mask to hide her true feelings. She is a natural leader who enjoys being in charge and being the one giving orders, but she’s also very much a follower at heart. She loves being in charge of others and having others look up to her, and she feels the most alive when surrounded by people who respect her. She’d rather be in a crowd of people than alone.
When she’s alone, however, she becomes a very different person. Her personality becomes a lot more withdrawn and reserved, and she can get very anxious. She’s a very nervous person, which is why she is so good at her job as a copywriter.
