Amy Rainey personality type is ESFP, and I hope she has a friend to help her with her project. It's not very hard to find ESFPs to help with projects, but they are needed with people who are more introverted than extroverted. That doesn't mean they are not extroverted, just more introverted. I know many ESFPs who do not get along with extroverts and need an ESFP to help them.
I am a type 8 introvert. I know that I have some of my good qualities and some of my bad qualities. I think whether or not someone is an introvert or extrovert depends on their type. I don't think that I am as introverted as I used to be, and I do not get along with people very easily. But, I do enjoy the company of people and the company of myself. I am very good at thinking about things by myself, and I don't want to socialize too much. If I am with a group of people, I may want to talk, but I am not going to go out of my way to socialize. This difference between being an introvert and an extrovert affects how people and things affect me.
