Iron Hands personality type is ISTJ, but only if you consider what actually happens in the first book to be the personality type. Salva worship, praise, and adoration is a form of worship, and the idea that only this soldier could have done what he did would be seen as a sort of cult-like mentality.
Next we have the Space Wolves. They have a very ruthless and aggressive style of military leadership, but this is because there is only a small part of the Space Wolves that actually has this personality type. It's not that all Space Wolves leaders are like this; it's that if you extrapolate that mindset to the whole chapter, you get a ruthless, ruthless bunch of people. But most of the chapter doesn't have the personality type.
Having said all that, and having recognized that most of the Space Wolves' leadership are ISTJ, I don't think they should be dismissed as an ISTJ-only chapter.
The Dark Angels are a different matter. They are all ISTJ, and use an aggressive and hostile style of leadership, because their chapter is filled with ISTJ.
