Dr. Burba said her research is still at a preliminary stage, but she believes ESFPs may be attracted to Type B for the same reasons as many people are drawn to romance novels.
The sense of connection, she said, "is a big part of the appeal of those novels which often portray romantic love in the most idealized way.
