Yonah personality type is INFP, and that's me. That is to say: I was born with a compulsion to tell stories, and with the ability to craft and understand them. I feel like this is a match made in heaven.
I was born in 1990, and though I can't remember anything about my childhood, I do remember how my parents told me stories. My mother would tell me bedtime stories about fairies and princesses, and my father would tell me adventurous stories about pirates and knights.
But they weren't just your average stories. They were epic tales of magic, of quests, of heroes, of monsters, of the extraordinary. They were the stories you'd hear because you were lucky enough to be born to people who love to tell stories.
And this was the first time I really felt like I belonged. I had found a place where I could spend my life telling stories.
I didn't grow up with other writers, but instead with writers. My parents are both writers, and they not only encouraged me to tell stories, but also to write them. They showed me how to tell stories, how to develop characters, how to plot them out.
