Masoud Farasati personality type is ISTJ, the practical, realistic, and logical type. As a young child he was a very responsible and conscientious boy, but at times he was quite shy and introverted. He went to one of the best private schools in Tehran and then to the University of Tehran where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. After graduation he worked as a psychologist in several government and private organizations for about ten years. He also worked as a consultant in various companies and organizations in different fields. His work experiences gave him the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people from all walks of life and to listen to different viewpoints.
After working for several years as a psychologist, he decided to quit his job and work on his own. In the beginning he worked on studying the judgment and decision making process of different types of personalities. As a result of his observations, he developed a new personality type called "ISTJ" (Introversion-Sensing-Thinking-Judging). He then began to teach TIP students about this new type.
When Farasati started to teach TIP, he realized that many people want to know what the best career choice is for them.
