Grumpy Jim personality type is INTJ, for those who argue about this with me. I’m not a big fan of the Myers-Briggs test anyway. This is a simplified classification of personality types, which is why people disagree with it. But I do have some friends who have identified themselves as INTJ, and I know that they feel just as strongly that they’re a different personality than everyone else.
Just because you can’t remember your childhood doesn’t mean you don’t have one
My own childhood was extremely strange, and I have no memory of it. I can’t tell you why that is, but I can tell you that all the people who know me say the same thing: I remind them of my parents. This is not a bad thing, obviously; you were raised by two people, and that makes you who you are. But it’s confusing to think about.
I thought my childhood was normal until I started looking into it on the Internet. When I first started researching what happened to me as a kid, I learned that many of the things I thought were normal were actually extremely strange.
