Glenn personality type is ISFP, in a way, in a way. I think in a lot of ways he's an ISFP. He's very, very empathic. He's very, very emotional. He's [kind of] [like] a feeling type, I don't think he thinks a whole lot in terms of [working out] [and] [having] [a] [plan]. It's very much a feel-type of decision-making. He's very empathic, and he's very sensitive to people's feelings. As a result of that, he can't really make decisions about what he needs. He has a tendency to make decisions based on other people's needs.
That's kind of been his downfall in his career, is that he's been really good at creating things that other people need, but that the people that need the things he creates don't actually want it. Or want it in their own specific way, at their own specific time. He's not good at figuring out what he needs or wants, so he ends up creating things that nobody wants or needs.
So, for example, the "Pocket Universe" idea was a great idea.
