Akura ou (demon form) personality type is ESTP, and the contrast is ISTP. However, I'm not sure why this should be so, but it is.
I'm not sure why this is. I think the ESTP character's personality may be a mixture of the two, and the ISTP character's is more one-sided and straightforward. Usui was ESTP, like Minato.
I think it might have something to do with the development of the characters in the manga. Early on in the series, Usui was shown as rather senile, and he even frequently needed to have his memory refreshed by his son, who was ISTP. However, in later stories, such as in the anime version, he showed more of an ESTP-like personality. He seemed more chipper and more willing to do anything to get what he wanted. He also seemed to have become rather desperate for money. This might be a way of showing him as less and less ISTP over time.
ESTP-dom is known for being quite bold and adventurous. It is also known for being very outgoing and sociable. The ISTP-type would probably be more quiet and mellow.
