I’m interested in anything that I don’t know about. And I’m interested in “anything” because I know I don’t know. I don’t know about the world, I don’t know about other people, I don’t know about myself, I don’t know about the universe. I think something that interests me is to find out what that “anything” is.
Trevor’s constant quest for knowledge as a young child led him to become a biochemistry major in college. This is part of why he’s so interested in nutrition and food as a subject. He has a “why not” logic that leads him to find answers to questions he doesn’t even know he has yet.
