Sarah Pierce personality type is INFP, the most idealistic and imaginative type in the Myers-Briggs system, and she is the lone female in a sea of male characters. She is a natural leader and this book is the story of her life, told to her by her late husband, Michael. It's a short novel but it's a dense, intricate look at the world through her eyes. There are plenty of connections that exist between the two stories, which I won't spoil, but suffice it to say this book is a fascinating and relevant read.
Bird Box by Josh Malerman was also a quick read and a great story. I liked the slow build of suspense in this one, especially on the second reading, and I liked the way the story was framed to show how one decision can affect so many different people. I'm going to be re-reading this one soon.
