Kiro personality type is ISTP, but I think that's a generalization.
I don't think that's true. I think that ISTJ is the most accurate type for Kiro. The ISTJ is the "rule follower" of the bunch, the one who likes to organize things and keep them under control, but knows that the best way to do so is to lay out rules and standards. Kiro seems to fit this type perfectly. He's very organized, but he also sees the importance of exceptions and flexibility so he can take care of things without making too many rules. He's the kind of person who will say "that's not how it's supposed to work", but then take advantage of that flexibility by letting that piece of information slip through the cracks.
Kiro seems to be following his own rules, even if they're not always very logical. For example, he wants to make sure he doesn't become dependent on anyone else, but he needs someone to help him with his plan. He needs to feel like someone has his back to make sure he won't screw up. But he also sees his dependency as something that's bad, even if it's necessary.
