Rogue creatures are mostly uncommon. They are powerful creatures with high stats and 250 health. They are aggressive towards any regular creatures, other rogues, or the player's creature in hard difficulty. They can be befriended or killed for 100 DNA points. Unlike other creatures, they are not part of a nest, they are only ever encountered alone. Some of them are skittish and may flee away from the player–usually if the player kills other creatures in front of the rogue–, and some of them are curious.
