I have been using the MBTI for over 25 years. In that time, how many times have I come across an INFP? In fact, I am pretty sure I have never come across an INFP in my whole life! I have met a few INFPs in my online coaching work with client’s but, they are few and far between.
This is a very good thing for us as a society because INFPs are some of the most creative, flattering and affirming people you could ever meet. They are incredibly sensitive, longing to make a difference in the world. They are great listeners and genuinely care about others. Their Fi drives them to care about the “why” behind every action they make. INFPs see things from a very humanistic perspective.
