I agree with your assessment. I was thinking this type theory is not so much about the type of person who does the act but rather the way these people come across when they do something. I was thinking about this when I read the comment on the post about the rape in South Africa.

Yes, if you look at the whole thing it is an act of rape. I guess my point is that if you are talking about people who rape, they are not INFJ's. What they really are is sociopaths or psychopaths. They are acting on their darkest urges and these urges are not ones that they feel are good. It is an out of control negative emotion that they are acting on.
I thought INFJ was about being "good" just like you see in some religious writings about INFJ's being some type of "angel". I've also heard that INFJ's are more likely to be mentally ill than most other types.
