Sei is one of the shortest characters in the series, being only a few inches taller than Yuri. She has an athletic build, being able to run around the city with little effort. Her chestnut hair is tied into twin braids with two small red bows on each side of her head. Her eyes are a light blue color and she wears a pair of glasses with a small heart-shaped frame.
In her first appearance, she wore a short-sleeved shirt with a heart on it and a pair of denim hot pants. She also wore two different boots from what can be seen in the pictures above, one white and one black.
