Amy Bell personality type is INFP, and it is actually a fairly accurate personality typing. However, she is the only INFP I know of who has claimed to be an ENFJ (and even then, she has said that she has "that" side of the personality), and I am not aware of any other examples of people who have claimed to be ENFJ who also describe themselves as INFP. I also think that most people who claim to be ENFJs do so because they have a strong desire to have a particular goal or desire, and they have a poor understanding of their own personality type's different functions.
