They have a strong internal drive to learn and explore, and an ability to remain calm and collected when faced with a situation that seems overwhelming.
The one thing that makes this type different from the other two is that their focus is on the process rather than the outcome.
In other words, they are driven by what’s going on inside themselves, rather than what they want to achieve externally. This is a very good thing for a person in a leadership role, because it means that they will be very much in tune with their team and their organisation.
However, this type is also a little more difficult to work with in a leadership position, because they tend to be very much in their own heads.
This means that they will often ask a lot of questions, and might even seem a little confused at times. In fact, they might even seem quite scatterbrained at times!
In the workplace, this type often struggles when it comes to their career development.
