Dionne Warwick personality type is ISFP, and so is one of my best friends. But I am not very ISFP, and I feel like I don't even identify as an ISFP. I want to be a poet, and not some kind of yuppie, and I just feel like some kind of writer. I'm not really into sports, I'm not into how-to-be-popular things. So, I guess it just comes down to the fact that I'm just shy, and I definitely don't talk a lot (laughter).
Your first album is "We'll Never Have It So Good." What can you tell me about the album and the songs?
Well, it's really about the pressure to conform. When you start out in music, it's like, "Hey, we've got an album coming out! It's going to be great! So we gotta make sure that we do it right!" There was a lot of pressure involved for me, and I got very nervous about it. And I think that's why there are a lot of songs about relationships, and there are a lot of songs about being in love. It's all about being in love, and then trying to figure out how to make it work.
