Lia personality type is INFP, and he's been able to harness his Si to such an extent that he's no longer just the money-obsessed sociopath that he used to be.
I don't know if the official "official" definition of the INFP type is very coherent at all, but in my mind, the Si portion of the definition is the most important. To an INFP, their most important trait is their ability to empathize with other people and be aware of their thoughts and emotions. Without this, the INFP is just somebody who's good at doing some things and not so good at other things. It's possible for them to do a lot of things well, but they'll never be able to become a master at anything because they'll never be able to get inside the head of anyone else. They will never feel like they "get" people or be able to understand how other people think.
As for the J, I think this is totally unlike the MBTI test in that there's nothing about Jungian introverted intuition (J) as an area of interest. The difference is that INFPs use these skills on a daily basis in their lives, not just in their careers.
