Noé personality type is ENFJ, although I have no scientific proof for this, and my father would not verify it. However, it makes sense for the type since he is the only member of my family to have a PhD (my mother has a Master’s and my sister has an undergraduate degree, but neither has a PhD).
I am not sure whether this will be informative, but I will try to keep it brief.
In the past few years, I have been challenged with anxiety and depression. My anxiety has gone through several phases, but now it is stuck in a constant state of high and low. I am constantly worried about how I will fare at work or what people think of me.
I am a perfectionist, and this has had a negative impact on my career. I have suffered from low self-esteem, and now I am trying to work on my self-confidence.
One of the most important things that Noé has taught me is that you should give yourself time to heal. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, don’t get discouraged when you feel better. You still need to take the steps to heal.
