Disc 11 Creator personality type is INTJ, so we have to look at the things that are stereotypical of INTJs and see if those apply. For example, he has a passion for learning new things (as is typical of INTJs), and he is very analytical (again, as is typical of INTJ). He's smart, but he's also strategic and practical, which is also typical of INTJs. However, he is also competitive and driven, which is not a typical INTJ personality trait. It's possible that this is just an unusual case of someone being a bit of an introvert and then taking over the world (which I think a lot of INTJs do). But, if so, the introvert part would make sense since he seems soft-spoken and reserved, which is a typical introvert personality trait. Another possibility is that there were two different people in the same body, one who was introverted and focused on learning, and another who was extroverted and focused on achievement. It is entirely possible that both parts of his personality have been exaggerated in order to show us the duality of the split personality. In any case it's interesting to look at his type as it isn't something I've ever seen before.
