Endermite (mob) personality type is ISTJ, so it's a role-reversed version of the Enderman (although the Endermite is more like the stereotypical mob, given that it is a hostile creature).
The Endermite does not travel in groups. If it encounters a player, it will attack on sight. It has a high speed and can teleport, causing it to avoid combat. Endermites cannot be killed by conventional means. Upon taking damage, Endermites will teleport away and regenerate health. They can be lured closer by placing an Ender Chest on the ground and right-clicking on it repeatedly (the Ender Chest has to be placed on the ground and not on a block). When they're close enough, they will explode and drop their loot.
