Hector MacQueen personality type is ISFP, like me.
Like many ISFPs, my ISFP trait comes to the fore in times of stress (and is therefore my most difficult trait to manage!).
I’m very clear that my ISFP trait is not reflective of my INFP trait.
I am not, nor have I ever been, an extrovert.
I also don’t inject my personality into every project I undertake.
What’s more, though I’m not an extrovert, I am not indifferent to the needs of others.
I’m just not keen on people making me their focal point, or on being the centre of attention.
