Carlos Reyes personality type is ISFP, I give it to him. There's nothing wrong with that, but he's not the only one. Look at Doctor Strange. Cap's personality is INFJ. He's just not as open about it as Strange is.
Before you ask, yes I think Captain America is an ISTP.
I don't think anyone can tell me that The Vision isn't an INTP. He's got the brainpower, the organizing ability, the social intelligence. He can create everything out of thin air, and he's learned to control his thoughts so he doesn't accidentally kill people, which is a very INFJ thing to do.
Speaking of INFJ's, I think the Vision is an INFJ. He's got all the INFJ characteristics: strong sense of morals and ethics, big heart, sensitive to other people feelings, etc.
I don't know for sure that Dr. Strange is an INFJ. But I think he has the characteristics of one. He's made decisions based on his own morals and ethics, he's very sensitive to other people's feelings (he asks the Avengers if they like his new costume), and he's got a big heart (he helps out others).
