Grace Ryder personality type is ENFJ, and I am an ENFJ. We both have a hard time saying no to anyone, and we both feel the need to be helpful and kind to everyone we meet. I can see us walking together down the hall at work and having to stop ourselves from walking too close to each other. We would probably both try to initiate a conversation with each other, because as ENFJs we believe that we need to establish a connection with everyone we meet.
In our personal relationships, we tend to be the ones who initiate contact with people. After all, we tend to see people as potential friends and allies. We are both very generous and tend to put others’ needs before our own. We believe that we need to be a part of a group, and we need to make sure everyone is happy. We tend to be loyal to our friends and family, but we also tend to be loyal to people we don’t know or have just met. Sometimes, we can be overly generous with our friends and family, which might be confusing for them because it makes them uncomfortable, but we just feel that we have to do it.
