The Oseram personality type is ESTP, so naturally he's spunky, talkative, and likes to be the center of attention. However, the other half of the personality is the ISTJ. This means that he doesn't have a problem being quiet or standing back, he just doesn't know how to do it. He also has a bit of an inferiority complex, so he'll often feel slighted if others are more outspoken than him.
His inferior Fe makes him more sensitive to being stepped on or ignored, so he's not always into being the center of attention. Likewise, he's also very careful with his words because he's afraid of saying something that will hurt someone's feelings. When/if he does open up, he'll do it in the most indirect ways possible.
He's also quite literal, which means that sometimes his jokes are incomprehensible to others. For example, I'm not sure exactly what he was trying to say when he said "I actually took a dump in front of them" when I was watching him play Minecraft with my brother. I think he was trying to say "I spent all day constructing my fortress, then spent about an hour playing Minecraft, then I decided that I wanted to take a poo.
