Dio personality type is ESTP, and there's a pretty good chance that my personality type is ISTP or ISTJ, though I'm inclined to think that ISTP may be more likely.
Would I be good at predicting my own personality type? I can't say, though I'm also pretty bad at it (and not just because of my lack of accuracy in self-identifying). One of the most important aspects of personality type is that we all have a "core type," and it's common for people with the same personality type to be in the same cluster in different areas. For example, someone like me may be in the same cluster in personality and career and social and personal and financial and physical and etcetera, but my core type may be ESTP, while another person with ESTP as their core type might be in the same cluster in these areas but in a different cluster in extroverted vs introverted, sensing vs intuitive, extraverted vs introverted, etcetera.
My self-described personality type is an off-shoot of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which is a categorization of how people perceive themselves by their behaviors and behaviors by their feelings.
