They think that being with things and people that make you happy will not be a source of happiness anymore. But, as a child, I discovered this belief is a trap. It was so very much a trap because it led me to believe that being happy was not possible. It led me to believe that being happy could only be found among other people and things. So the trap was that I had to be with other people and things to be happy.
