I’ve already mentioned that I don’t think personality type has very much to do with the way a company treats its employees. That said, there are some general truths that apply.
For example, the people who are most likely to be treated unfairly by their companies are the highly insightful types. Introverts in particular have a hard time getting their message across to people who aren’t as empathetic as they are. It’s not that they can’t hammer out a great presentation or talk their way into a management position over time. They just have a harder time doing it than other types.
There’s also a general truth that comes from how people are more likely to be treated well when they are in some kind of collaborative relationship with others. That’s especially true for those with ISTJ and ENTJ leadership traits, which both guide and support others to work together toward common goals.
