Sonia Nevermind personality type is ENFJ, one of my favorite personality types. She’s loud, warm, and has a wicked smile. She’s also the type of person who would do anything to help someone in need. It’s no surprise she’s the type to get things done.
Her problems stem from her social anxiety. And if you want to help her, listen. Very carefully.
The problem is, she’s not good at talking about it. She can be so quiet about it that you may not even notice that she’s struggling.
She’ll try to talk about it, but it comes out wrong, or off topic, or she’ll contradict herself. It’s like she can’t get herself to say it right. And it sucks, because no one likes to feel like they’re not good at something. Especially when you’re talking about something that feels like it’s an important part of you.
It can be very difficult for her to talk about this stuff. But I recommend listening, and giving her the space to talk when she needs it.
