Hare Personality Type, MBTI

Hare personality type is ENTP, which is the "Mastermind". (I think it's pretty obvious that the ENTP is the mastermind.) I have tried to explain this to people, but I have found that you have to have a lot of patience with people when it comes to them understanding what you are saying. It's not so much a matter of "getting it" as it is a matter of "getting it through". If you can get it through, then you have done everything you can. When the ENTP tells you that he has figured out what to do, then you are in trouble. (This is because he has just figured out what to do, and he has not told you what it is yet.) I have had an ENTP tell me something, and then later find out that it was not quite right. When this happens, the ENTP will then go back and change it, because he knows that if he got it right the first time, then he will be able to get it right again. (This is why I don't trust the ENTP to do anything, because I know that if he gets it right the first time, he will be able to get it right again.)
